SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated all wigs are made to order. Allow 4-7 business days for wig customization/construction and 3 business days for shipping, custom wigs will be shipped out within 7 days of placing your order. Ready to ship wigs will be shipped out next business day.

Custom items (including custom made wigs) are nonrefundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Please allow 2-4 business days for item customization (unless stated otherwise) plus shipping time.

Once your order is in the possession of the shipper I no longer have any control nor am I responsible for your package. You can shop with confidence knowing that all items purchased in my shop include insurance through the whichever shipper you chose at checkout.

Once a premade or ready to ship wig is received client has 7 days to return the wig in it's original condition. Returned items can be refunded to your original payment method or can be used as a store credit. If you chose a store credit, there is no cost for the return shipping. If you'd like the amount returned to your original payment method, a return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note, once the lace is cut or hair is altered the wig is non-refundable & eyelashes, custom wigs and accessories unless damaged upon receival are NOT eligible for returns.
